Here at Locked !n, we want to make sure you have all the information you need before purchasing your locker shelf. Below are some of the most common questions we receive. We're committed to providing quality shelves and excellent customer service.

What are the most common questions folks ask you about your shelves or ordering from Locked !n?

We often get asked: "What if my locker is bigger/smaller than the standard size?" Well, we have an option for that! Contact us with the dimensions of your locker, and we can create a custom size just for you, with only a small fee of 3 euro. Another common question is: "Can you decorate the shelf?" The shelf is made from MDF wood, which is perfect for painting and decorating to personalize your shelf!

How does collection work, and what do people need to know before they pick up their shelves?

We will email you a designated time that works with you, and you will collect it from one of our available locations closest to you in Dublin.

What are the biggest worries or hesitations people have before buying your locker shelves?

A common concern is: "Are they sturdy?" Yes, the shelves can sustain the weight of a teenage girl!

What's your return or warranty policy on the shelves, and how does it work if someone has a problem?

If someone has a problem, they can email us via locked.in.shelves@gmail.com, and we will offer a refund or replacement if necessary.
